Established in 2012, The Thiruvananthapuram Advocates Housing Cooperative Society Ltd. No.T.1760 is the first ever advocates’ housing co-operative society in Kerala and it has already carved a niche for itself by providing dynamic banking and loan services to its patrons. The co-operative society is the vision of a group of dedicated advocates who started it with the aim of giving something good back to the community.
The society has a well-equipped, fully furnished and spacious office in the court premises (Is it Thiruvananthapuram District Court?). Being a semi-governmental co-operative society, we fulfill our commitments with transparency, excellence and brilliance.
We also aim to fulfill our commitment towards the society at large by providing loan services to professionals other than advocates who meet the criteria.
The loans, banking and other services provided by Thiruvananthapuram Advocates Housing Cooperative Society Ltd. are open not just to advocates, but to everyone who wishes to benefit from them.
